New technology and old music can be a beautiful thing

Michael Tilson Thomas and the San Francisco Symphony have debuted a new musical project called Keeping Score. It includes a website and a series of TV episodes that will be airing beginning Nov. 2 on PBS, and are available on DVD.

The website is fantastic, and you can watch the first installment on Beethoven's Symphony No. 3 "Eroica" here. (Flash is needed, and a high speed connection is recommended.)
